(hereinafter, "Denovionyx", "we" or "the Company") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users' personal data, in compliance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001, as well as the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP). This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our real estate crowdlending platform.

3. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data: identification data (full name, national identity document, tax identification number), contact data (email address, phone number, home address), financial data necessary for participation in crowdlending projects (banking information, investment history on the platform), browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent), and data voluntarily provided through contact forms or inquiries.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: managing your registration and account on the platform, processing and administering your participation in crowdlending projects, complying with legal and regulatory obligations before the National Securities Commission (CNV) and the Financial Information Unit (UIF), sending you communications related to your investments and platform operations, improving our services and user experience, and preventing fraud and illicit activities.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your data is based on: your free, express, and informed consent when registering on the platform; the execution of the contractual relationship between you and Denovionyx; compliance with legal obligations (Law No. 25,326, CNV regulations, UIF regulations); and the legitimate interest of Denovionyx in improving its services and preventing fraudulent activities.

6. Data Sharing

We may share your personal data with: real estate developers associated with the projects in which you participate (limited and necessary data), financial entities for transaction processing, regulatory authorities (CNV, UIF, AFIP) when legally required, technology service providers operating under strict confidentiality agreements, and external legal advisors and auditors. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. International Transfers

In the event that your personal data is transferred outside the Argentine Republic, we will ensure that the receiving country has adequate levels of data protection as established by the AAIP, or we will implement appropriate contractual guarantees in accordance with current regulations.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and applicable legal obligations. Financial and investment data is retained for a minimum of 10 years in accordance with CNV regulations and Argentine tax legislation. Once the retention period has been fulfilled, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

9. Your Rights

In accordance with Law No. 25,326, you have the right to: access your personal data stored by Denovionyx, request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data, request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances, and request the portability of your data. To exercise these rights, you can send a request to info@denovionyx.com. We will respond within the 10 business days established by law. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information.

10. Security Measures

We implement adequate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include data encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, continuous security monitoring, periodic information security audits, and security incident response procedures.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Modifications will be communicated through the platform and/or by email. Continued use of our services after the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
